Wonderment Wardrobe turns your child's artwork into custom clothing. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at ryan@wondermentwardrobe.com.

Information we collect

• Artwork uploads. The photos or scans of artwork you upload, plus the cleanup and preview images we generate from them.
• Order information. Your name, email address, and shipping address, which you provide at checkout so we can print and deliver your order.
• Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information only to operate the service: cleaning up your artwork, generating previews, printing and shipping your order, and responding if you contact us. Your artwork is used only to make your order. We never sell your information or your artwork, and we never share them except with the service providers below, who need them to fulfill your order.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores uploads.
• Replicate runs the AI cleanup that tidies up artwork photos.
• Printful prints your garments and ships them to you.
• Stripe processes payments securely.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service.

Children's privacy

Wonderment Wardrobe is intended for parents and guardians aged 18 and older. Accounts and purchases must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Because the service is built around children's artwork, please check your photo before uploading: anything visible in the picture, such as a name, signature, school, or face, may appear on the finished garment. If you would rather not have something printed, crop it out or retake the photo first.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your uploads for as long as needed to fulfill your order and handle any reprints or support requests. You can ask us to delete your artwork and personal information at any time by emailing ryan@wondermentwardrobe.com, and we will delete them promptly unless we are required to keep something by law (for example, basic order records for taxes).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ryan@wondermentwardrobe.com and we will respond.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. The site may use basic, privacy-respecting technical storage needed for the upload and checkout flow to work.

Security

We use reputable providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
