Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of Wonderment Wardrobe and your purchase of custom printed clothing. By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email ryan@wondermentwardrobe.com.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Our service is designed for parents and guardians ordering clothing featuring their own child's artwork.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own the artwork you upload, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant Wonderment Wardrobe a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely to create and fulfill your order (including cleanup, previews, printing, and any necessary reprints).

Please review your preview carefully before checkout. What you approve is what gets printed, including anything visible in your photo such as signatures or background details.

Custom-made goods

Every item is printed to order, just for you. Because each piece is custom:

• All sales are final. We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• If your item arrives with a print defect or shipping damage, we will reprint or replace it. Just email us with a photo.
• Colors may vary slightly from screen to fabric. This is normal for custom printing.

Production and shipping

Items are typically printed within a few business days of your order, then shipped to your address. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We will always make a shipping mistake right.

Cancellations

Because items are printed to order, we can only cancel before production begins. Email ryan@wondermentwardrobe.com as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include printing. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Acceptable use

Do not upload artwork you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or harassing. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wonderment Wardrobe's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
